Why Hirer?
With remote business models being here to stay, HR managers/trainers have to fastly equip themselves with the appropriate knowledge and skills to effectively manage hybrid/remote teams and increase their employees’ engagement and thus productivity. To that end, HIRER aims to normalize online and blended onboarding and training provided in hybrid/remote workplaces that as of today lack engaging digital tools and proper E&T resources. The project will thus increase the soft skills (e-leardership, HRM) and digital competences (communication, decision making, problem solving, data safety, creativity with digital means, etc.) of HR managers, trainers & VET trainers dealing with HRM so as to support them keep up with the digital shift of their businesses, overcome the challenges of managing hybrid/virtual teams of employees and become sustainable and competitive among the market.
Goals
- Create a hands-on MOOC with interactive resources for HR managers/trainers to help them boost, validate and retain their
soft skills and digital competences.
2. Develop a series of Minecraft-based challenges in the form of escape rooms for participants to retain the knowledge and
skills gained through the MOOC.
3. Create an Online Community serving as a single point of information, training, support and communication for all interested parties fostering the creation of cross-sectoral synergies
