ReMa is an Erasmus+ project that helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and freelancers improve remote working and team management. Why ReMa?
Remote work has transformed the way businesses communicate, organise tasks, and collaborate. While it offers greater flexibility and access to talent, it also creates challenges, especially for small businesses and freelancers who may lack the resources or training available to larger companies.
Managers need to learn how to coordinate distributed teams, communicate clearly, monitor progress, organise workflows, and use digital tools effectively. Without the right skills and strategies, remote work can make collaboration and project management more difficult.
ReMa aims to bridge this skills gap. It helps SMEs and freelancers access practical knowledge, effective management practices, and training opportunities so they can become more confident, efficient, and digitally prepared.

- Identify good practices: Explore existing remote management tools, methods, and strategies that businesses can adapt to their needs.
- Assess skills and needs: Examine the skills managers need and the level of remote management readiness among SMEs.
- Develop training resources: Create a curriculum and learning materials focused on the essential skills required to manage remote teams.
- Provide online learning: Develop a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) to help SME managers improve their remote management knowledge and competences.
- Support practical application: Help managers understand how to apply effective strategies and digital tools in their daily work.
Through these activities, ReMa promotes digital skills, better collaboration, and more effective remote management practices.
